Our clients come to us because their operations aren't delivering what their strategy promises. Somewhere between the boardroom vision and daily reality, things get stuck. Your job is to unstick them.

As Senior Transformation Consultant, you're the person our clients work with from first conversation to lasting result. You help them see their operational truth, co-create the path forward, and stay alongside them until the change is real — not just on paper. You're the bridge between diagnosis and impact.

Your Mission

Own the client journey across our four pillars — from Process Truth through to Change that Sticks. You build trusted relationships with CEOs, COOs, and change leaders, translate complex operational challenges into clear transformation roadmaps, and make sure every engagement delivers measurable results. You work closely with Stefan and our data intelligence team, bridging the strategic and the technical to keep transformations moving.

What You'll Do:

• Client Leadership & Vision
  
  • Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to uncover the real operational challenges
  • Translate client ambitions into actionable transformation roadmaps with measurable outcomes
  • Be the trusted advisor that clients call when things get complex
• Transformation Delivery
  
  • Guide clients through the full Reveal-Run methodology — from process diagnosis to embedded change
  • Facilitate design sprints, co-creation workshops, and validation sessions with real users
  • Ensure every redesigned process is adopted, not just delivered
• Data-Informed Decision Making
  
  • Work with our data intelligence team to ground every recommendation in fact
  • Use process mining insights to quantify impact and prioritize interventions
  • Build business cases that connect operational improvement to financial results
• Practice Development
  
  • Contribute to evolving the Wassching methodology based on client learnings
  • Share knowledge across the team and mentor junior consultants
  • Help shape how Wassching grows — your voice matters here

Requirements & Qualifications

• Transformation experience: 8+ years leading client-facing process improvement or transformation engagements — from diagnosis through to implementation
• Client leadership: Proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level, directors, change leaders)
• Analytical foundation: Comfortable working with data to inform decisions. Experience with process mining or intelligence tools is a plus, not a must
• Facilitation skills: You can lead a room — workshops, design sprints, stakeholder alignment sessions
• Pragmatic mindset: You'd rather deliver 80% this week than 100% never. You bias toward action
• Communication: Fluent in English, Dutch is a strong advantage. You explain complex things simply
• Education: A relevant degree is nice. What matters more is that you've delivered real transformation in real organizations
